The spacious and comfortable living room has doors that open up onto a typical Spanish central courtyard with plenty of seating for all the family and a wood burning fireplace. There is a large dining room through an archway off the kitchen for eight people. The kitchen, which also has doors to the central courtyard,  is fully fitted with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The master suite is on the first floor and has patio doors onto a roof terrace, a queen size bed, dressing area, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, twin basins and a bath. There are a further double and two twin bedrooms on the ground floor which share a fully fitted family bathroom. The sofa-bed is in the sitting-room.

Puerto Del Carmen are the closest beaches about a 10 minute drive, the coastline below the villa has a good pathway and there are rocks from which you can swim, snorkel or fish.
