Villa Prices – Sleeps 8 four bedrooms

Weekly price from £595

All prices are in pounds sterling and are based on the following price brackets:

Low (£595) – up to 2 guests sharing the Villa.
Mid (£840/£1050) – up to 4 guests sharing the Villa.
High (£1270) – up to 6 guests sharing the Villa.

For additional guests over the age of 16 please add £15 per night. For additional children aged between 2 and 16 add £10 per night.

Children under two years old stay for free at the villa.

Payments

A deposit of 30% of the cost of your accommodation will be required to secure your booking and the balance will be due one month before your arrival date. You can make payments by Visa / MasterCard or via a Bank Transfer.

Booking in and out times

On your day of arrival your property will be available anytime after 2pm. We ask guests to vacate the properties by 10am on day of departure.

Reservations

To make your reservation please select which rental property you require and check the availability for your preferred dates. Then fill in the booking form with your booking information, arrival and departure dates, the accommodation you require and the number of people in your party. Once we have received your reservation, we will contact you via email to confirm your holiday booking and provide payment instructions for a 30% deposit, we can reserve your booking for a maximum of 24 hours after which a deposit will be required.
